Job Description: Inbound call center, they receive calls from customers calling in to place orders for different vital records for example birth, marriage, divorce, and death. Depending on the state they are ordering for they may have to explain what type of documentation they need to send in for proof of ID or entitlement. They also take payments from customers ranging from bill payments, to citations, and child support. Some of the callers are irate and would need to make sure you listen and show empathy.
o High School Diploma or GED
o Entry level - 2 years customer service related experience required
o Exercises minimal independent judgment with direction from supervisor
Work Environment: call center environment
Able to work any shift within the 24 hour period
Most schedules include working weekends, early mornings 5am, evenings starting at 2:30pm
