This incumbent will work in an inbound call center environment and be responsible for communicating with residential homeowners, and HOA members on a daily basis via phone and email. In addition, this position requires ongoing communication with our sales, customer service, and data entry team:
Answer phones and respond to customer requests (100 min calls a day)
Utilize company software to perform contract reviews and signups
Maintain accurate data entry on all customer accounts
Provide customers with company's service information
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
Accurately perform data entry on a large quantity of contracts/documents
Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved via email
Recommend process improvements
Utilize email communication as required
Appropriately direct non-customer related calls
Answer 80-100 inbound calls/day
Manage multiple database systems for calling and scheduling
Maintain high level of customer service
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
Previous call center experience required
Basic MS Office skills
Internet navigation skills
Friendly and professional phone demeanor
