Duties to include but not limited to:
Answer calls-INBOUND AND OUTBOUND
Assist customers with returns and replacement orders
Research products and parts
Be able to identify vendors and parts needed
Process orders, returns, quotes, create part numbers, etc.
Follow up on quotes, open sales orders, emails, etc.



MUST HAVES:
BILINGUAL Spanish highly preferred (but not required)Good phone and computer skills
Be able to handle difficult customers
Quick learner and willingness to learn
Able to multi-task
Customer Service/Call Center Experience

**Experience researching on accounts is a huge plus, looking up discounts, or investigating account history.

Start Date: January 14th OR 21st

Pay: $15/hour

Hours: 8:00-4:30 Monday through Friday
