This newly created role within the CFO Group is responsible for current-state to target-state process analysis that will support the Company's efforts to optimize processes in ways that improve customer experiences and drive operating efficiency. This analyst will lead process mapping, process analysis, process redesign, and process control efforts across all lines of business.
* Develop process maps and artifacts at all levels (from Value Stream to Activity-Level) in support of current-state business process definition * Conduct complex analysis of process artifacts to identify pain points, gaps, bottlenecks and other business process inefficiencies * Conduct root-cause analysis to identify and understand the source of business process inefficiencies * Develop and maintain strong working relationship with internal business partners * Consult with the line of business to develop and evaluate end-to-end process redesign that improves customer experiences, drives operating efficiency and/or mitigates risks * Propose innovative and/or strategic process redesign to help achieve optimization goals * Work with business partners and cross-functional teams to develop business cases, and cost-benefit analysis for process improvement opportunities * Consult with business partners to ensure that new processes are effective and drive sustained benefits
* Bachelors or master's degree * 3+ years previous work experience in process and/or statistical analysis * Strong analytical skills and expertise in process mapping, gap analyses, and solution development * Prior experience within financial services strongly preferred * Six Sigma certification (Green Belt level) or similar certification preferred * Ability to work effectively with others as part of a high performing team * Ability to work under pressure in an extremely fast-paced environment * Excellent communication skills, consultative approach and able to influence others to support objectives * Ability to work in a complex matrix organization and to operate in ambiguity * Ability to travel to key operations across the U.S.
