HSB has an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition Team. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will deliver all elements of recruiting throughout the organization. This includes developing local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, and creative recruiting methods. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in ensuring the best possible talent is hired by collaborating with hiring managers to understand the needs of the business and acquire the appropriate candidate. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner also has the opportunity to engage in important talent related priorities including our Hartford Internship Program and off site recruiting events.
B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of recruiting experience.
Ability to use electronic Applicant Tracking System.
Knowledge of EEO guidelines and practices in recruiting.
Working knowledge of passive candidate searching methods and tools.
Ability to effectively communicate both verbal and written.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
Ability to act with initiative and drive requisitions through to resolution.
Overnight travel less than 5%.
Degree with a concentration in HR.
2+ years recruiting senior, strategic or non traditional roles.
2+ years recruiting for Tech oriented roles.
Working knowledge of LinkedIn recruiter.
