Focuses efforts on lowering claims costs, improving the qualityof care, and increasing member and provider network satisfaction. Typicallyworks with one provider type, e.g. physician, ancillary, or medical group.Provides advice and analytic support to Medical Directors, contract negotiatorsand management on cost of care issues to help reduce costs without compromisingquality of care.**Dependent on years of experience, we may hire either a Bus Info Developer, Senior, Consultant or Consultant Senior.**Primary dutiesmay include, but are not limited to: Undertakes complex assignments requiringadditional specialized technical knowledge. Develops very complex and variedstrategic report applications from a Data Warehouse. Establishes andcommunicates common goal and direction for team. Establishes and maintainsadvanced knowledge of data warehouse database design, data definitions, systemcapabilities, and data integrity issues. Acts as a source of direction,training and guidance for less experienced staff. Monitors project schedulesand costs for own and other projects. Develops and supports very complex DataWarehouse-related applications for business areas requiring design andimplementation of database tables.
