AnthemsSaleforce.com CoE is developing a dedicatedSolution Consulting teamto assist in the development of strategyand advisory services. The team will be comprised of innovators andproblem solvers who apply their digital marketing, CRM and executive-levelbusiness acumen coupled with our proven Salesforce methodology to delivercomprehensive business and CRM engagement strategies that differentiate andwin.

Heres what youll be doing:

As a Senior Salesforce Systems Analyst you will be responsible fordefining and managing the scope of Business Systems projects. You will also doing the do this:

  • Definefunctional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirementsof a system.

  • Detailanalysis of current and to be state of complex Salesforce configuration

  • Create andperform feature testing and determines environmental needs.

  • Provide thelink between the technical and business views of the system by ensuringthat the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of thebusiness.

  • Partner withbusiness, architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levelsto ensure business area satisfaction.

  • Definedetail design components with high level architecture blueprints.

  • Coordinateintegration activities to ensure successful implementation.

  • Ensureeffective monitoring of systems.

  • Definedevelopment strategy, standards and support tools.

  • Proactivelywork with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities andenhancements.

Qualifications:

  • RequiresBA/BS in information systems or related field; 3 or more years relatedexperience; or any combination of education and experience, which wouldprovide an equivalent background

  • 1+ yearsworking within the Salesforce platform with a strong understanding ofSalesforce related technical operations

  • A master atleveraging SFDC development and analysis tools and up-to-date experiencewith Lightning and the Salesforce Toolkit.

  • Sales/Service/Marketingclouds, Console, Profiles, Permission Sets, Views, Chatter, Metadata,Services, APIs, Reporting/Dashboards/Analytics, Integrations preferred

  • Experienceimplementing and supporting AppExchange apps integration

  • ProvenSystem Analysis experience working on an Agile project (scrum, sprints,user stories, etc)

  • Demonstratedexperience writing User Stories

  • JIRAexperience or equivalent software (required)

  • Experienceworking with Vlocity a plus

  • Salesforcecertification nice to have : Administrator ADM-201, Sales Cloud Consultant
