We are looking for a recruiter with 1-2 years of experience, who can support high level executives.
What you will be doing:
A Verizon Executive Recruiting Coordinator role is a chance to channel your drive and enthusiasm; an experience that puts you front and center in an evolving technology company; hands-on exposure and contributing to high-impact activities from the moment you arrive.
In this position, you will provide support to the Executive Recruiting team, and will be responsible for scheduling all candidate interviews against open roles with the Sr. Leadership Team across Verizon. Interview scheduling is a highly visible role and consists of calendaring, coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries, and constant communication with the hiring team and candidate, with little supervision.
You will also act as ambassador for the day for onsite interviews and provide coordination on every aspect of the recruitment process. Additionally, you will perform other office activities including invoice processing, and have an opportunity to work on other ad hoc projects.

Experience acting as an ambassador for stakeholders at all levels.
Recruiting or other coordinator experience.
Demonstrated ability to quickly establish rapport with people of diverse backgrounds.
Strong organizational skills and a drive to meet deadlines.
Proven ability to work independently and in collaboration with others.
Experience juggling multiple priorities in a high impact environment.
Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and GSuite.
Bachelor s Degree.
