BrightStar Care has a great opportunity for a dynamic Business Development Manager / Community Liaison / Clinical Liaison across our multiple territories in Metro-West and Worcester County. Business Development Manager is responsible for growing our market presence and sales in each territory. Business Development Manager / Community Liaison / Clinical Liaison will do this by forming strong relationships that will develop into sales leads. The Business Development Manager will have a strong presence in the community and actively promote the BrightStar brand. Responsibilities
Call on healthcare providers and other referral partners to generate sales for both private clients and staffing services
Join and attend area networking and chamber groups
Seek, develop and participate in marketing opportunities in the community
Establish working rapport with health care professionals in the territory
Be an active member of the care team by interacting with clients, families and the BrightStar team
Develop Marketing Plan for the territory and meet or exceed sales targets
Other duties assigned

Requirements
Bachelors degree in marketing, business management or communications, preferred
Proven ability to generate leads and monitor referrals, to manage a sales territory, maintaining and building relationships with new and existing contacts
A minimum of two year experience in the home healthcare industry with working knowledge of health care in home and institutional setting.
Experience with public speaking and presentations with excellent writing and speaking skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a service attitude towards the community
Comfortable with closing/asking for business
Outstanding organizational skills , multi-tasking and problem solving
Requires valid drivers license, reliable transportation and insurance
