Duties: Analyze and track financial planning and reporting within Citi Private Bank Operations & Technology, reporting on financials and identifying and communicating opportunities and risks. Use digital headcount and financial tracking system to manage operations and technology financials, analyzing trends and building reporting using Excel and PowerPoint. Partner with Operations managers to track Operational activities including activity headcount, cost, productivity, process efficiencies, and competitive positioning. Maintain Project and Program governance as an advisor to Project Managers to meet standards and mitigate organizational risk. Perform project level expense forecasting. Perform financial analysis of the cost impact of direct staff and contractors and forecast the headcount over time, reporting on and explaining economic and business trends to management. Partner with technology management, development, and support staff to understand the scope of effort required to deliver accurate groupings of initiatives, programs and projects. Coordinate with Citi management and external suppliers to facilitate staffing for technology projects within Citi's budget and location strategy. Define and build budgets. Develop and distribute financial reports to project managers that will assist them with resource utilization and enable them to prioritize within approved budgets. Apply finance and accounting policies including capitalization, amortization, accrual posting, intercompany transfers, cash and performance and loss impact, to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial business targets. Provide reports for development and support programs related to project financials and accruals, headcount, SDLC project documentation, audit readiness, application compliance, and resource and vendor contract status. Qualifications Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance or related field and 3 years of employment or academic experience as a Business Analyst, Chief of Staff, Business Manager, Project Management Analyst or related position involving tracking operational activities. 3 years of experience must include: Defining and building budgets for Operations and Technology; Analyzing finance trends and reporting to Operations, Technology, and Financial Management using Power Point and Excel; Financial and headcount management in digital project tracking and financial forecasting systems; Maintain project governance, SDLC standards, and audit readiness; Project level expense forecasting and establishing project investment alignment categories; Accounting policies including capitalization, amortization, accrual posting, and intercompany transfers/agreements; and Analysis of activity headcount, cost, productivity, process efficiencies, and competitive positioning.
