Description The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior Software Engineer is a member of the IAM department. IAM resides within the Corporate Security & Resilience (CS&R) organization and provides subject matter expertise and associated security services to the business division(s) across the enterprise. This position will develop and configure new functionality to SailPoint Identity IQ and other tools and technologies. The IAM Senior Software Engineer responds to business problems, and may lead a team on complex configurations, development and/or support related work. This may be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions, which may include company-wide, web-enabled solutions. This role will address complex issues where analysis of situations or data an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results, and you will be expected to network with key contacts outside own area of expertise. Primary responsibilities include: • Adhering to the established lifecycle methodology and practices in accordance to project plans while carrying out their responsibilities. This may include maintaining program libraries and technical documentation of the individual applications. • Managing and implementing configurations as per the requirements, including a successful unit test • Understanding business functional/non-functional requirements, policy requirements and tool parameters to ensure successful, quality configurations, conveying any challenges, along with plans to resolve • Completing documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. • Interacting with partners to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications. • Training users in conversion and implementation of systems. • Providing technical guidance to less experienced technologists • Reviewing and/or certifying others configurations/code Qualifications Required Skills/Experience: • 3 or more years of Identity and Access Governance systems implementations experience such as SailPoint Identity IQ, Oracle Identity Manager, etc. • 5 or more years as a Software Engineer, preferably in a large corporate environment • Extensive Java development experience in a J2EE environment • Well versed in DevOps tools such as Atlassian JIRA, various source code repository technologies • Working configuration and development experience with Identity and Access Governance tools such as SailPoint IIQ, Oracle OIM Suit or other areas of Identity and Access Management • Proven ability to meet deliverables within established timelines • Proven service and delivery capability / focus • Adaptive to environments of change, with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-pace environment, deliver on time and self-manage • Experience anticipating issues and challenges affecting application functionality while reviewing and validating new application solutions and establishing effective monitoring of software processes • Ability to manage complex activities simultaneously to short timescales • Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement • Knowledgeable on the regulatory requirements that impact the business lines that IAM supports (i.e. GLBA, SOX, PCI) Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience Hours & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30AM 5:00PM Why Work for Us At Citizens, you'll find a customer-centric culture built around helping our customers and giving back to our local communities.
