Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

Prepare new/reimaged computers for associates

Identify, research and troubleshoot IT issues

Answer end users' questions about systems and applications

Implement new technologies and provide resources to complete IT projects as needed

Produce and perform end user training on applications and services as required

Document processes/procedures for IT staff

Asset management
