Overview

BankMobile has an immediate opening for Banking Operations Complaint Specialist in our Banking Operations department. The primary role of the Banking Operations Complaint Specialist is to conduct and assist in the investigation, documentation and the formulation of responses to complaints received from the Bank's regulators, Executive customer complaints, and other escalated level complaints as identified. The role includes implementation of processes to insure timely and accurate responses.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support as a liaison between Operations and Compliance
  • Craft responses along with providing supporting documentation for complaints, meeting deadlines
  • Work with banking operations to Identify root cause issues, and propose solutions to management
  • Provide monthly reporting and summation of customer complaints to Manager
  • Help maintain departmental procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Perform projects and other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Banking Operations
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Good written and oral communications skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Enjoys challenges and can adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
