Reporting to the VP of Digital Marketing, the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for managing the strategy, execution and optimization of digital marketing activities across the business globally. She/he will work with key business partners to develop a consistent operating model across Business Units and manage the calendar of digital marketing initiatives. She/he will handle communications on status of ongoing initiatives and develop analysis of opportunities in digital and e-commerce space.

The successful candidate will have a strong background and understanding not only of digital marketing, but all facets of digital business including web analytics, site optimization, and the evolving interactive marketing landscape.

The Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing will manage a team of 3-4 people. She/he will be responsible for building a culture of quality and performance within the team and to develop data-driven, customer-centric and innovative marketing strategies.


Drive multi-channel digital media planning and strategy across North America:

  • Function as single point of contact for all business units to align their strategies to execution on digital channels
  • Manage revenue and spend forecasts, KPI measurement, cross-channel budgeting and drive rhythm of the business for the entire digital marketing team
  • Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); adjust and execute changes to strategy based on results
  • Work with external agencies and internal analysts to monitor the performance of digital initiatives on a daily basis to ensure alignment with brand goals.
  • Develop regular incrementality testing strategies to ensure highly optimized and valuable programs
  • Work with an external agency to continually evaluate the digital industry and drive new digital initiatives and strategies that align to the digital customer profile of our brand portfolio.
  • Manage a team of 3-4 digital marketing managers globally

    The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, communication or related field; Master degree preferred
  • At least 7+ years of experience driving digital marketing programs, media execution and analysis preferably for fast paced retail or financial services companies
  • At least 3 years of experience in building and managing high-performing digital marketing teams
  • Experience in B2B and B2C direct response scenarios
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce and digital media (PPC, search, display, social, retargeting)
  • Familiarity with insource/outsource models and agency management practices
  • Knowledge of site analytics software (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) and tag management solutions (Tealium, Ensighten, etc.) a plus.
  • Previous experience with marketing planning tools

  • The position will be based in Charlotte, NC
  • Expected travel: maybe 15% with peaks and valleys
