The People Team
The People team s vision is to enrich the lives of every team member at Dun & Bradstreet globally. The team is comprised of six distinct functions cross-collaborating to achieve our collective goals. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Professional.
As a member of the Talent Acquisition team you will be at heart of the engine that drives talent acquisition for Dun & Bradstreet. Our ideal candidate will thrive on building relationships with hiring leaders and applying a consultative mindset to influence the assessment and selection of talent.
You will manage full life cycle recruiting including requisition creation, direct sourcing, candidate assessment and offer negotiation.
You will be business curious and invest time building effective partnerships with hiring leaders so you fully understand our business and feel confident when explaining it to others.
You will be a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and will be able to help guide thinking around the best profiles for our roles.
You will deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication and transparency.
You will assist with campus related hiring and other campus related activities as needed.
On your resume we will see 3-5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience is required. Previous agency experience is a plus!
You will have business acumen and the motivation to learn a complex business. Experience recruiting for technology talent is required and experience recruiting for other corporate functions is a plus!
You are data inspired and have experience using data to find and assess talent and drive action.
You can provide examples of how you influenced a hiring leader through clearly communicating labor market reality, demonstrating a deep understanding of the organizational strategy or challenging a hiring leader s assumptions.
You have direct sourcing experience and will be able to talk through your direct sourcing strategies.
You are highly organized and have a high attention to detail. Experience using working Workday is a plus.
Bachelor s Degree is required.
