Schedule: The Contract Administrator will be working regular days but is expected to respond as required for after-hours urgent and emergency calls both weeknights and weekends.Summary:
Reporting to the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manager, the Contract Administrator is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, client communications and for financial record keeping and reporting as required. The candidate is also responsible for administrative support and office work and for providing the supporting data for performance monitoring reports and will be responsible for preparing reports.Responsabilities:
