The opportunity The Executive Talent Team (ETT) provides talent support to the Executive Leadership and the Functions that form the Executive. The Executive is made-up of over 20 different functions all at different stages of globalization and transformation. The approximately 30,000 (and rising) people within the Executive are employed in member firms throughout the world (100+ countries). Our mission is to create the highest performing teams, delivering exceptional client service worldwide to this complex virtual organization. We do this by working closely with the Executive functions on a number of priority initiatives and standard talent activities (eg, annual compensation process, talent management). We also work closely with the Regional Talent Teams through our distributed model to ensure that local processes such as employee relations and annual compensation review process support are available, as required, to our leaders and people. The role of ETT Reward continues to evolve given the growth and the aspirational transformational agenda in the Executive. We have recently reviewed the ETT Reward structure taking into consideration future business priorities and see the benefit of introducing a Specialist role into the team. This new structure will help the Reward and Recognition team respond to the increased business needs. The Reward Specialist position reports to the ETT Reward Consultant and will assist in key Reward team BAU activities and projects. Key deliverables will center around the annual compensation process, internal job levelling and benchmarking, new process development/ implementation and in providing advice and guidance to the HR community as needed. Working within a distributed model, this position interacts with all ETT functions, local Talent and Reward teams, as well with HR Services and ETT COE s to review and refine processes and reporting. This role requires understanding, and will build subject matter expertise, in all aspects of Reward (including but not inclusive to job evaluation/levelling, market pricing, gender and pay equity, recognition, process integration and alignment etc.) Your key responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining an up to date repository of, and gaining an understanding on Reward approach, process and structures across EY regions globally (i.e. TCI, Recognition Inventory).
Project Lead for annual PPEDD promotions process. First point of contact with team that runs the PPEDD promotions process with the Global Exec Committee. Escalates any issues or challenges to the ETT Reward Leader
Process Lead on all Executive layer job levelling requests. Collect all relevant information, initiate the first level evaluation, and move through the evaluation process steps to ensure quality review is completed and evaluation results are communicated to Talent Team(s) as needed.
Works closely with ETT Reward Consultant to manage day to day ETT reward & recognition programs impacting at global level, participating in the annual compensation review process, executing on plans that will deliver improvements and supporting with ad-hoc complex reward & recognition matters.
Supports the ETT Reward Leader on Executive and/or Global priorities, as requested and/or necessary.
Provide support to key reward initiatives including salary review processes, job levelling and market analysis, special projects and ad-hoc queries
Proactively keep up-to-date with related People/HR and business issues and initiatives that may impact on the reward strategy and ensure relevant information is shared within the immediate team as appropriate.
Working closely with ETT Operations team in support of year end Reward related activities that support the local planning processes
Assist in educating ETT on local practices, aimed to drive engagement levels and support in creating high performing teams
Build an understanding of key business and financial drivers that determine EY s success
Leverages our reward operating model to translate business needs into action
Data analysis, reporting and presentation as necessary
Work flexibly within ETT s global framework to ensure we are collaboratively teaming and sharing of best practices
Skills and attributes for success This role requires the ability to analyse information from a variety of sources, making correlations to effective business outcomes and ultimately using this information to influence global project design enhancements, measures and execution approaches for the Executive populations
Technical/general knowledge on labour law principles related to Reward, statutory benefit and retirement/pension plans

Supervision Responsibilities This role is specialized with no direct supervisory responsibilities. Requires teaming and collaboration with peers. To qualify for the role you must have Education: Degree levelExperience:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years Talent (preferably Reward/Recognition) related experience gained in either consulting house or complex, multi-cultural large organization environment
Experience of working with systems functionality supporting Talent and reward processes
Experience working with Talent and Operations Teams
