ETARU, a restaurant featuring contemporary Japanese Robatayaki cuisine in a spectacular oceanfront setting in Hallandale Beach, Florida. Brought to the United States by Rainer Becker, co-founder and creator of Zuma restaurants worldwide and ROKA London, ETARU's menu revolves around the Robata Grill, with a concept which originated with the fisherman of Japan's Northern coast who charcoal-grilled fish on their boats and shared with one another via outstretched oars.

We are looking for Pastry Cooks to join our amazing pastry team. If you are able to work in a fast paced environment and would like to learn how to create beautiful detailed dessert platters with exotic flair that will impress anyone around it, we would love to meet you.
