In collaboration with other members of themanagement team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care inaccordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource personfor staff, and models a commitment to the organization s vision/mission/valuesto support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes thatcontribute to overall departmental performance.HCA Houston Clear Lake is currently looking for a Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator (RN)CNC Mother Baby What you will do in this role: Quality oCollaborates with amultidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver highquality, patient-centered care.oExercises judgement andprovides direction regarding patient care assignments using establishedpolicies/procedures.oOperationalizesevidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes. oSupports the achievementof internal/external benchmarks, accreditations, and designations.oEnsures compliance with allpolicies, procedures, and regulatory standards.oEnsures equipmentmaintenance is performed regularly and according to regulatory and/oraccreditation standards.oAssists with admissionand discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality,patient-centered care.oParticipates in theongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in theunit, in collaboration with other members of the management team. Recommends and implements courses of action,including training and development, conflict resolution, personnel policycompliance, completion of performance evaluations, and/or disciplinary actionsto ensure a competitively superior organization. oResolves and/or channelsemployee grievances, disputes, or concerns according to appropriate procedures.Escalates issues as needed.oSupports physicianpartnerships. GrowthoRepresents theorganization positively within the community; participates in company-supportedcommunity/patient events and in-services. FinanceoAssists with staffscheduling. Manages all practicalaspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and establishedproductivity guidelines.oSupports properinventory control and assists with managing supplies and equipment. Qualifications What qualifications you will need:Current Texas licensure with StateBoard of Nurse Examiners as an RN1+ years experiencein healthcareBLS is requiredAssociate Degree in Nursing, requiredBachelor's Degree in Nursing, strongly preferred HCA Healthcare ranks on Fortune s list of Most AdmiredCompanies for three consecutive years and HCA ranks 63rd on the fortune 500list.
