Assist and work customer trade shows that deliver sales results per objectives.

PRAVANA s Sales Team is seeking an energetic, passionate, and well-organized Market Development Manager to service the stores and salons in it s given geographical area.

This position will work directly with all distributor partners in their assigned geographical area in supporting the sales and educational needs of the customers. This field-based position will work daily in executing the sales plans directly with the store network and direct customer contact that delivers the expected sales growth of the organization. Candidate must have a passion for people, excellent communication skills, proven sales success, and a drive for creating success for our customers.


  • Travel and work with store and field personnel and direct customer contact that deliver sales results daily. (minimum 4 days per week)
  • Conduct sales meetings within the assigned geographical markets. (monthly/bi monthly)
  • Manage monthly calls or meetings with distributor field and store management to assure proper goal alignment.
  • Schedule and deploy additional field support within assigned geography (Brand Specialists) based on needs of the market.
  • Provide regular updates on market conditions and store service levels to manager.
  • Conduct product demo s with distributor partners & salons.
  • Self-starter to execute expectations every day in the field with customers.
  • Understand that failure will happen, but to fight everyday for that next WIN!
  • Qualifications


  • Proven sales skills and success with 5 years of experience in a field capacity.

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent sales experience.
