Manage the facility operations for Production, Front Desk Administration, Maintenance, and Warehouse at Henkel's Chanhassen, MN location. .
Manage the transformation of the Chanhassen site into a Henkel Center of Excellence for the production of adhesives for electronic applications.
Manage and develop staff including selection, recruitment, hiring, training, mentoring, coaching, and motivating employees.
Coordinate facility activities with departmental managers/supervisors to ensure the total facility objectives are accomplished in a safe, ethical, and environmentally sound manner.
Actively support and enforce the facility SHE standards. Lead the facility Safety Committee.
Review facility goals and metrics against various quality, customer and regulatory standards and requirements to ensure consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Manage capital assets,
BS degree in Engineering or related is required.
7+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
Background with manufacturing methods, process and continuous improvement programs and procedures.
Experience with lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma initiatives.
Working knowledge of all Health, Safety and Environmental standards, particularly related to personnel and process safety, air, waste, and water compliance.
Solid project management skills, team leadership skills, and excellent communication skills
