Description SHIFT: Days (rotating weekends) SCHEDULE: Full-time Parham Doctors' Hospital , a campus of Henrico Doctors' Hospital, is located in the west end of Richmond. Parham Doctors' Hospital is a 200-bed facility offering medical and surgical programs including orthopedics, behavioral health, bariatrics, imaging, rehabilitation services, 24-hour emergency care, sleep disorder, podiatry, primary care, and occupational health. The Parham Doctors' Hospital campus is home to The Orthopedic Hospital, one of the most honored joint and spine programs in the state. Additional information about our Operating Room: 7 main ORS and 4 outpatient ORs located at on-site surgery center. Teamwork environment where you will be responsible for helping everyone in department (i.e. Scrub Cases). On average, 18-19 cases performed per day (approximately 95 cases per week). Leaders on this unit have a passion for supporting Surgical Technologists in reaching their professional goals, excellent practice, and collegial relationships. Qualifications EXPERIENCE Required - Two years Medical /Surgical Nursing or one year Medical/Surgical Nursing and one year Critical Care Nursing. Preferred - One to two years PACU experience. EDUCATION Required - Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current license as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Virginia. Current certification BLS, PALS, & ACLS.
