About the GreenLake Program Management for strategic initiatives and alliances HPE Pointnext services organization is currently seeking a Global Program Manager for its GreenLake Flex Capacity (FC) product management organization focusing onstrategic initiatives and alliances. With GreenLake, Pointnext creates a consumption based pay-as-you-go service-based offering for customers, combining servers, storage, networking, software and services. This provides our customers with the highly desirable option of paying for the usage of their infrastructure on a variable basis monthly, with no upfront cost for the solution. The Flex Capacity Worldwide Portfolio team is responsible for developing and maintaining the most innovative data center on premise, private, and hybrid cloud offers in the market today, and continues to innovate the portfolio to maintain HPEs substantial lead on our competition. We are seeking a Program Manager to support and lead teams through the process and implementation of companys High Touch Services through new tools, routes to market, business models deployments and go to market programs. Manage activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and ensure cross company communications to facilitate product completion on schedule within budget. Work with Services management to identify and improve process and program efficiencies. Work can involve external parties such as software vendors, service providers and partners, etc. Responsibilities As the GreenLake Global Flex Capacity Program Manager for strategic initiatives and alliances, you will: Develop and nurture a strategic/mutually beneficial relationship with Systems Integrators (SIs) and/or Strategic alliances and their ecosystem partners to drive additional revenue with joint sales efforts. Manages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to build our GreenLake services and to deliver support for our consumption business customers. Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program. Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet requirements and schedules. Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal development stakeholders to recommend and implement changes to product, service, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
