The U.S. Litigation team is part of the worldwide Litigation team and directly handles, strategically manages, and reports on the Company's litigation and certain legal-related investigations across the US. Our mission is to provide the best legal advice and support on litigation matters. The successful candidate will manage and drive commercial and employment litigation matters from complaint to conclusion, collaborating with internal and outside counsel, technology experts, business analysts, and business clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to thrive in a large, global environment while coordinating the efforts of junior attorneys, internal paralegals, and outside counsel. Strong communication and presentation skills will be necessary to explain complex legal matters to business leaders in a manner that is readily understandable in order to ensure well-informed business decisions.
