Basic Qualifications:Bachelor??s degree Minimum of 8 years of experience with relationship development and providing advisory services on modern technology architectures with an emphasis on emerging hybrid architectures, patterns and tools Minimum of 8 years of consulting experience advising on modern technology architectures with an emphasis on emerging hybrid architectures, patterns and tools Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAFe and Agile development (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.) and within an agile project team (either Agile by definition or Agile in ability to perform cross-functional tasks quickly) ?? balancing multiple projects and collaborating closely with other development teams Minimum of 3 years in any product industries environment, such as: (consumer goods and services, travel, retail, life sciences or industrial)Preferred Skills:Hands-on experience with Automation, AI and cloud architectures API and Microservices strategies C-level IT strategy development Experience operating multi-speed and large scale enterprise environmentsProfessional Skill Requirements:Management - successful management of large-scale, complex deal cycles at Fortune 500 accounts Business Advisor for senior client executives with program management skills toward complex program execution Leader - coaching direct reports in pipeline management, opportunity management, and account planning Collaborative - strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Excellent communicator - executive level communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to mentor othersAll our consulting professionals receive comprehensive training covering business acumen, technical and professional skills development.
