Description Perform complex Machinery and Equipment Valuations. Internal use valuations are used to determine FMV, OLV, NOLV and Residual Value. Lending level and optimum residual risk on true lease, loans and other financing structures. Projects require a high amount of research, including market conditions, internal and external sources, consult with appraisers, brokers and equipment dealers. Responsibilities: + Perform Desktop Reviews/Appraisals, Internal Appraisal Reviews and global equipment valuations of existing customer exposure + Prepare and write Enhanced Residual Reviews for residual exposure of >$500M. This project requires extensive research and knowledge of the equipment market and experience. + Coordinate and conduct physical equipment inspections to validate accuracy, condition and maintenance of the equipment. + Attend and contribute to Credit Preview and Committee meetings by discussing and advising on equipment risks/values + Interim Line invoice review and reconciliations. In many instances a customer commences a capital investment project which will fund over a few months to a year. AMD does the initial review of the project and provides a valuation based on the project data provided. Once the project vendor invoices come in for payment on the interim line, a review has to be done to confirm that the invoice are in line with the project that was originally valued. + Remarketing - Coordinate equipment being returned including managing third party remarketing agents and inspectors, reviewing sale offers, and collecting funds. + Prepare quarterly updates for commentary for equipment segments and address current residual exposure. + Review of industry updates from subscriptions feeds as well as reading of news updates in every market. All pertinent information is saved to an outlook archive file for future reference and use on future valuations. + Work with Management, Credit and other team members on lease strategy, structure and tenure. + Responsible for miscellaneous projects as assigned by Management.
