Project Manager for Pennsylvania Rural Health InnovationWork Location: Harrisburg, PAJob Summary/DescriptionThe Project Manager for PA Rural Health Innovation is an exciting opportunity to apply one's knowledge of hospital/clinical operations to develop systems within hospitals in rural areas of Pennsylvania as well as coordinating and developing administrative support to the work of the PA Rural Health Model and tracking project management objectives. If you meet the qualifications, please apply and a recruiter will reach out to you and answer any questions you may have.Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions(including but not limited to) HOSPITAL SUPPORToBrings first-hand knowledge and expertise of working in a rural hospital to bear by helping hospital develop and implement pragmatic processes, programs, and transformations.oAssists hospitals with developing and implementing their transformation plans, as needed.oIn cooperation with the Operation Manager, monitors hospital's execution of transformation plan and escalates challenges to the Director of Rural Health Innovation, as needed.oWorks effectively across stakeholders to bring hospitals and other partners together to create cohort-based learning opportunities and regional solutions in collaboration with or at the direction of the Director of Rural Health Innovation.oAssists providers with hosting local stakeholder engagement meetings, as needed, as part of the overall stakeholder engagement process to help participant rural hospitals execute their transformation plan.oSchedules and manages regular and as-needed calls, meetings, and site visits with hospitals for the Operations Manager, Director of Rural Health Innovation, Chief Operating Officer, and others individually or in combination.oMaintains regular contact with participant hospitals to have current awareness of how execution is going and in the event of an issue, may raise it to the Director of Rural Health Innovation early.oPerforms other provider support duties as assigned to help participant rural hospitals meet their deadlines.oAssists with the development of the all-payer quality program and monitoring of progress once established. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORToAssists administrative staff as needed to support scheduling in-person or phone meetings with providers, and other stakeholders to advance the work of the PA Rural Health Model.oAssists administrative staff with maintaining accurate providers contact information, and other stakeholders to support the work of the PA Rural Health Model.oSupports other administrative duties as assigned to support the work of the PA Rural Health Model. PROJECT MANAGEMENToMaintains the overall project calendar, task lists, various stakeholder timelines, and the project engagement tracker as it relates to transformation planning for hospitals. Keeps the PA Rural Health Model team apprised of upcoming deadlines and manages interrelated work streams to keep the project on track. Works collaboratively with the Operations Manager and administrative staff to achieve overall Model success.oWorks collaboratively with other Model team members to support data calls to inform deliverables such as the Monitoring Plan and proposals with pertinent hospital data.oWorks collaboratively with sub-contractors that have been engaged to provide technical support to hospitals.oDevelops the agendas for the routine touch-point meetings with participant hospitals based on hospital needs.oAttends standing weekly project-related meetings, including, but not limited to weekly team meetings, hospital all-provider meetings, and others, as requested.oRegularly updates key project documents) to maintain accurate files.oPerforms other project management duties as assigned to support the PA Rural Health Model.
