Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) that wants to join our inside sales team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this position, youll establish and nurture conversations that will drive interest in NetBeez, and create sales-ready opportunities for the account managers. The SDR is expected to book a specific number of meetings per week, month, and quarter. This position is goal-driven, requires excellent time management, and experience in B2B IT sales.

  • Qualifications and Skills

    Responsibilities

  • Identify and understand business needs, and create new business opportunities
  • Outbound communication via phone and email to a large volume of cold and warm leads
  • Follow-up with inbound leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Work with the sales team to build lists of outbound leads to contact and nurture
  • Work with the marketing team to follow-up on trade show leads, engage with webinar attendees, and drive interest in marketing campaigns
  • Perform a high volume of calls, emails and other social activities to engage with leads
  • Establish conversations with prospects that will generate sales-ready opportunities
  • Maintains lead records and email sequences in CRM and SDR tools
  • Any other duties assigned
  • Requirements

  • Worked for at least two years in a sales development team or similar roles
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach or SalesLoft, and Linkedin
  • At least one year of B2B IT sales experience or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of enterprise networks preferred but not required
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required
