As a Dealer Relationship Manager, you will motivate new and existing auto dealers to use Subaru Motors Finance (SMF) for indirect retail/leasing financing. In this role you will perform the following functions: + Manage a territory of approximately 29 Subaru dealers in Pennsylvania (east of Harrisburg) and Southern New Jersey + Sign dealers to program in the local market + Interface directly with all dealers personnel + Train dealers on contracts/worksheets + Inform dealers of policy, procedure, and price changes + Develop pricing/program recommendations for territory + Act as liaison between dealers and Dealer Service Center where credit decisions are made + Serve as liaison between the manufacture's regional office and SMF to promote both SMF and Subaru of America programs and initiatives + Monitor ongoing dealer performance such as efficiency ratios, delinquency, losses, profitability, etc. + Increase and maintain required market share levels + Attain volume plan at acceptable business levels **Market/Territory Information** : This position will service the Subaru dealers in Pennsylvania (east of Harrisburg) and the Southern New Jersey Markets. This position will be a work-from-home based role, and will require frequent travel within the aligned territory. Therefore, the selected candidate should reside in, or within close proximity to the aligned territory. + Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain client relationships + Experience managing a sales territory desired + Knowledge of indirect auto finance industry strongly desired + Thorough knowledge of indirect finance products (retail/lease) preferred + Excellent sales presentation skills to motivate new clients to use services and product + One year Consumer credit experience preferred + One year Financial statements analysis experience preferred + PC Skill (Lotus, Excel, Microsoft Word) desirable + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Heavy travel within the aligned market/territory will be required; must be willing to travel up to 75% JPMorgan Chase is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer Disability/Veteran.
