To learn more about Kaeser, visit our website at www.us.kaeser.com at . **Job Description** The selected candidate will: + Sell company products and services to potential and current customers in defined sales territory. + Strive to meet all sales goals and advance Kaeser sales strategy within assigned territory. + Identify and resolve customer concerns. + Acquire and maintain knowledge and technical expertise necessary to design and sell Kaeser systems to industrial and commercial customers. + Obtain and manage relationships with sub-distributors, OEM's, engineering firms and mechanical contractors. + Support, train and mentor Commercial Sales Representative (as assigned) to develop belt-driven compressor sales. + Coordinate with assigned Inside Sales Representatives to support sales activities and customer follow-up. + Prepare proposals for customers to include quotations, product literature, system design details, and performance specifications. + Tailor proposals to the business and application needs of the customer **Required Qualifications** + The successful candidate's background will include: + High School Diploma required; college degree strongly (preferred) + Minimum 3 years outside sales/territory management experience, preferably in capital equipment + Good communication skills/phone skills (required) + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook + SAP experience (preferred) + Good driving record and valid driver's license (required) We offer an excellent salary/benefits package, including Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan, company provided vehicle, laptop and cell phone. **Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/Veteran**
