RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce is working with an entertainment firm (a well-known firm) located in New York, New York (NY) and they are searching for an Application Administrator. Duties Responsible for managing and administering telecommunications for the firms'' call center, corporate end users Responsible for all software and hardware used exclusively by the call center or those not supported by Technical Services Provide support to the end users Hands on trouble shooting of all telecommunications and infrastructure related issues This firm is offering a strong compensation package 100 Matching on 401K, 100 Medical paid, a Pension Plan, OT Eligible (even though this is a full-time role), and generous PTO.
