RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Director Strategy & Business Developer in New York City, New York (NY). Your contribution to the team includes: Conducting organizational assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and to evaluate strategic relevance Developing insights, building business cases, identifying root causes and designing solutions for identified threats and opportunities Coordinating forums to present progress on key strategies/initiatives Preparing board decks for Senior Leadership Team; Creating and implementing the strategic planning calendar Working with Finance and Investor Relations teams on maintaining, reviewing and issuing insights on competitive performance Providing analysis and assisting with the development of proposals for institutional level opportunities REQUIRED SKILLS: Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree (MBA) is strongly preferred Experience developing business plans, performing market analysis and managing budgets Competent in technology products and digital markets Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills Proven ability in working successfully with cross functional teams Expertise in strategic planning and analytical thinking Ability to develop ideas from concept to implementation Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
