RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Marketing Analyst/Coordinator in New York, NY. Summary: The ideal candidate will serve as the primary marketing coordinator for Digital Marketing across content creation, social and influencers. This position is on a consumer-focused team that operates in an exciting and fast paced environment. Job Responsibilities: Manage vendor and agency invoice process. Assist in tracking marketing performance Coordinate contract submissions with legal in a timely manner; Ensure that we are managing quality against constraints Coordinate project plans and execution orders with the Procurement team to ensure accurate submission of budget needs Work closely with corporate marketing finance team to ensure vendor invoices are completed properly and compliant; Assist with vendor training to ensure compliance Work closely with Digital Marketing leads to ensure accurate budget reporting Work closely with Mobile Marketing and Sales Finance teams to ensure that all budget requests and submissions are accurately entered and within compliance Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to help mitigate Digital Marketing and flagship launch issues as they arise REQUIRED SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Finance 2 to 4 years of experience Team-first orientation, constant collaborator Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven analytical capabilities with attention to detail Knowledge of digital marketing and media production (and associated financial processes) Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
