RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in Mooon Township, Pennsylvania (PA) is looking for a Service Desk Team Lead to assist and guide the Tier 1 Help Desk team. Duties include keeping initiatives on track, triage incoming support tickets and respond personally as appropriate. REQUIREMENTS: 3 years' experience in a tier 1 or 2 desktop support position Must be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment Advanced knowledge of computer and server hardware Familiarity with network troubleshooting Ability and willingness to work in an environment providing 24x7x365 support Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
