KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Continuous Improvement and Process Analyst to join our Digital Business Transformation organization. This opportunity is open to internal candidates from all KPMG US locations and external candidates interested in being based in one of the cities listed within this posting.


  • Accountable for ensuring the suitability of the Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) and Process Enablement processes to the organizations and provides the description, mission statement, roadmap, strategy, process objectives and metrics to measure success and obtain formal approval for the CSI and Enablement processes and its associated procedures
  • Oversee the development, deployment and use of the standard seven-step improvement process, which identifies key measures of process performance for base lining and attainment of desired outcomes
  • Monitor and review the execution of the CSI and Process Enablement process at a high-level, ensure it remains consistent with the organization's current culture and strategy
  • Sponsor and promote the awareness and acceptance of the CSI and Process Enablement processes
  • Lead the CSI and Process Enablement functions and is responsible for the adequate skill levels and performance of the assigned staff members
  • Participate in the IT Governance activities
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of experience managing CSI processes and tools, preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment with experience leading geographically dispersed operations teams; Experience with IT process definition and / or improvement
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university
  • ITIL Intermediate Level certifications and knowledge of COBIT and NIST Frameworks is preferred
  • Experience working with ServiceNow
  • Able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team, foster the development of high performance teams, interface with all levels of the organization while participating in the development of resource plans and structures
  • US Citizenship required
