KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, eCommerce Post Purchase Specialist to join our Customer and Operations organization.


  • Possess and articulate experience-based points of view on the eCommerce customer post-purchase experience including refunds, returns, post-purchase customer service and reverse logistics processing
  • Engage with client stakeholders of the eCommerce post-purchase process across such functions as IT, Finance, Accounting, Marketing/Sales, eCommerce and Logistics with the ability to recommend and design state of the art solutions in Order Management (OMS), Payments and Customer Service
  • Work with clients to understand the business needs and both technical and functional requirements for order management, fulfillment and logistics solutions for eCommerce
  • Support practice leadership in practice development including: resource management, career development of staff, and other people management decisions
  • Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of consulting experience, primarily in e-commerce, with involvement in selling, and delivering engagements for large organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Operations or a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university is preferred
  • Experience with Order Management and Customer Service technology solutions
  • Develop and continuously adapt the product strategy and vision for post-purchase eCommerce customer experience
  • Excellent foundational consulting skills including: strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, impactful client presence, compelling facilitation and presentation skills, as well as the ability to communicate using PowerPoint (ability to storyboard and create a compelling value proposition)
  • Ability to travel at a significant level, as needed
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
