We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package!*** Opportunity***The **Registered Architect** would be responsible for supervising a team of designers and technicians for our Retail Design Department while providing their team with resources and technical guidance necessary for efficient, profitable, timely and technical project execution. The individual will manage projects and sub-consultants from development of technical and price proposal to design and construction stage. They will also support client development functions and activities for new and existing clients.**_Duties_*** Managing multiple projects in a high energy environment* Continually evaluate workload and collaborate with their reporting Director to insure appropriate staffing is supplied at the right level of expertise to successfully complete each task assignment.* Attend and facilitate public meetings* Market, establish, and sustain current and new clients* Interact with clients and manage and develop projects including document production* Provide input in quarterly sales forecasting.* Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and project stakeholders* Coach, mentor and motivate project team members and sub-consultants**_Experience and Education_*** 5 year Bachelor of Architecture Degree* Minimum of five (5) years' experience as a Registered Architect* Excellent communication skills required* Strong organizational skills for managing project schedules and tracking and be able to meet aggressive deadlines* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM)* Strong interpersonal skills including experience with supervising and mentoring staff***Certifications and Qualifications**** NCARB certification with ability to obtain reciprocal licensure in all 50 states* Valid Architecture LicenseLarson Design Group is an Affirmative Action/EEO employer.
