**Description:** Perform various maintenance, handling, receipt/shipment, and storage tasks associated with Reentry Body Assemblies \\(RBAs\\), Conduct and assists in performing handling, inspections, and test and evaluation procedures on RBs to support fleet requirements\\. Work with assistance in the use of test, handling, support and load carrying equipment\\. Under direct technical assistance and guidance assist in performing reentry body repairs and component replacement of RBAs\\. Preparation and maintenance of documentation requirement for missiles, reentry bodies and support equipment\\. Ensure strict procedural compliance is adhered to\\. Become certified and act as an Ordnance Mechanic in the Reentry Body Complex\\. Position involves daily interface with various customer organizations including Navy, Marine Corps, contractors, and civil service personnel\\. Good communication skills, both orally and written are necessary\\. Occasional shift work will be required\\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

Typically requires an elementary knowledge of aerospace vehicle final assembly, disassembly, handling, testing and warhead maintenance and mating techniques\\.

Must be willing to work with and around missile body sections,ordinance,and radiation producing devices and work swing and graveyard shifts as required to support operational commitments\\.

Must be continuously qualified for Personnel Reliability Program \\(PRP\\) certification and be motivated towards work in the Limited Area\\.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance\\.

Must be able to lift 45 lbs\\., be able to climb vertical ladders and exhibit manual dexterity and be able to pass a preemployment physical exam and drug screen\\.

\\-Demonstrated ability to work in teams\\.

\\-Possess a high level of personal attributes/qualities\\.

\\-Demonstrated mechanical abilities should be considerable and readily apparent through the description of prior job experience\\.

\\-Desirable candidates should possess an adequate knowledge of preventative and corrective maintenance systems\\.

\\-FBM program experience and knowledge of Lockheed Martin\\-SWFLANT business operations is a plus\\.

\\-Knowledge of basic computer skills\\.
