About our Organization
At Lower Cape Fear Hospice, our Vision is to serve everyone touched by a life-limiting illness. Our Mission is to provide the highest level of care and comfort to patients with life-limiting illness, support and counsel families and provide education to the community. We believe in five core Values to help us achieve our mission.
Teamwork We promote an atmosphere that fosters creativity and learning. Creativity thrives when people work together as a team. We believe that teamwork is incredibly important for output quality, employee morale, and retention.
Commitment We are committed to providing exceptional care and service to our customers. This is achieved by allocating the resources to increase our staff to patient ratios, thereby increasing clinical visits while lowering clinician caseloads.
Excellence We strive to maintain a culture of excellence where staff members feel truly valued and part of a supportive team.
Compassion We recruit and retain the most talented clinical and support staff in the area that demonstrate compassion by their sensitivity and awareness to the needs of a diverse workforce and patient population.
