We are still led by our Co-founders, Tarek Sherif and Glen de Vries, and have global operations in US, Europe and Asia with over 2000 employees. **Your Mission:** The Certification Program Coordinator will have direct involvement in the delivery and maintenance of Certification tracks focused on topics related to Medidata products as well as the Clinical Research Industry. The Certification Program Coordinator will support key stakeholders in the organization in identifying education, certification, and enablement needs, supporting solution recommendations, and coordinating program execution. You will partner with learning functions company-wide such as the design and delivery teams of product training, accreditation teams, internal systems teams, and other cross-functional teams to provide solutions that optimize the certification learning experience and deliver value towards business goals. A passion for education and/or a background in instructional design focusing on adult learners i.e. developing training and documentation, combined with excellent project management and leadership skills, make for an ideal candidate. + Support educational course development and delivery as needed, including finalization, loading to LMS, and website updates using standard tools, and procedures. + Provide support to Learning Solutions Design team for eLearning course finalization publication, working within tight timelines (24-48 hours) to meet release requirements. + Own exam and user administration and management. Complete registration, proctoring, and reporting responsibilities during exam periods, following established procedures and timelines. + For Certification and Academy inquiries, respond to user inquiries within 24 hours, with query resolution targeted at 72 hours. + Monitor metrics on project performance and actively seek out ways to improve them. + Anticipate (whenever possible) impediments to project completion; otherwise, identifies them as they arise. Plan and execute changes to minimize their effect on project delivery to original time and quality specifications. + Follow certification content standardization, development process, and best practices to establish brand standards and operational consistency in program + Work in Silverpop (tracking tool), ZenDesk (ticket management), Jive (Medidata intranet), SmartSheet (collaboration and project management tool) and other applications as needed to initiate, process, and complete projects. + Develop and maintain internal documentation for processes, training and operational support. + Ensure deliverables are completed on time with high quality and adhere to company standards. + Represent Medidata Academy on other assigned development projects and tasks as needed. + Ensure that management team and internal stakeholders are immediately informed about critical issues and impediments. + Document efficient workflows and continuously improve processes related to the planning, development and delivery of certification tracks. **Your Competencies:** + Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate concepts quickly and accurately + Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Respond to inquiries using good judgment, tact and courtesy, sometimes in stressful situations. + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff and outside customers and vendors + Self-motivated, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner.
