While tied closely to broader PepsiCo, the eCommerce group has a rare start-up feel and defined values that embrace a more entrepreneurial mindset: bias for action; results oriented; community-focused; prioritization of people.In this role, you'll be responsible for:* Affirming the potential of new marketplaces in creating ROI for new CAPEX spend/automation* Planning roll-outs for key programs like PEPFlex and network expansions* Establishing B2B marketing costs and optimization, B2B shipping performance, validate software investments, confirming fulfillment productivity gains, finding ways to reduce shipping costs, among other practical assessments.* Reviewing and tracking about 1 project/program a week* Monitoring and reporting project performance against expectationsQualifications/RequirementsPreferred Qualifications:* 5-10 years of relevant experience in strategy or finance ideally assessing green field opportunities.
