ROLE SUMMARY

The PGS Manufacturing & Engineering Solutions Team is responsible for the delivery of Pfizer s Core Digital Manufacturing Operations Management (MoM) capabilities at every level of the PGS Plant Network (ISA 95 Levels 0-4). These solutions are critical to Manufacturing Execution, Manufacturing Process Intelligence and Production Optimization that aim to improve product quality, increase asset utilization/uptime, automate manual workflows and streamline plant floor operations. The PGS Manufacturing & Engineering Solutions Team provides common application platforms and solution capabilities for Digital Plant, Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Execution, Manufacturing Excellence and Manufacturing & Engineering Technology solutions, while ensuring a unified User Centric Design. Key to the success of this transformative digital mindset is the secure, seamless flow of contextualized data from the device & control levels, all the way to the top of the Enterprise. These solutions are deployed across more than fifty manufacturing & center locations across the PGS Globally. Major Core Solutions and team capabilities for the Digital Plant Solutions include: Digital Plant Solutions: Digital Operations Center, DOC Visual Mgmt & Meeting Cascade, DOC Standard Work, DOC Foundation & Knowledge Mgmt, DOC Continuous Improvement Loop & Maturity Assessment and the PGS Balanced Scorecard The Manager, Design Digital Plant Solutions colleague will be responsible for defining and delivering the overall user experiences across the PGS Digital Transformation portfolio. The Manager, Design Digital Plant Solutions will execute the design, wireframes, information architecture, and sitemaps across all Digital Plant Solutions.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The Manager, Design, Digital Plant Solutions colleague s responsibilities include but are not limited to: Design innovative solutions for Pfizer Global Supply utilizing prototypes and low/high fidelity wireframes Create consistent designs across Digital Plant Solutions Translate requirements into process flows and wireframes across multiple products and platforms Stay current and execute on latest design industry trends to create optimal designs Collaborate with key stakeholders across PGS, D&T and Strategic Partners

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor Degree and 5+ years of solution development experience

5+ years of User Experience design

A demonstrated clear understanding of design thinking

Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Frame

Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications

Strong written and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to colleagues at all levels including executive levels

Knowledge of agile project management utilizing tools such as JIRA

Demonstrated ability to successfully manage several large projects simultaneously

Ability to train colleagues Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism

Ability to work in a large team setting both physically and virtually

Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skill

PHYSICAL OR MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to manage many parallel objectives and changing priorities. Working with various stakeholders from multiple groups.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to travel up to 20% . Ability to meet with colleagues virtually across different regions
