Your advanced Excel, ERP and various purchasing program knowledge will help you complete all job duties with this company. location: Langhorne, Pennsylvania job type: Permanent salary: $60,000 - 80,000 per year work hours: 8 to 5 education: High School experience: 3 Years responsibilities: As a Purchasing Manager you will be responsible for all purchases made by the company. This will include preparing and processing purchase orders, record keeping, managing vendor relationships and providing training on company programs and policies. + Purchases company supplies and equipment + Ensure inventory is fully stocked + Schedule deliveries of items + Work closely with accounting and various departments on order status and timeframes + Resolve and problem solve PO and invoice discrepancies + Set up new and pay existing vendors + Maintain accounting ledger by authorizing and posting transactions and reconciling monthly statements + Create purchase orders + Analyze and prepare reports on trends to forecast sales and inventory qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or bachelor's a plus ? 3+ years of previous purchasing experience with strong inventory management ?
