The Operational Process Analyst entry-level position uses problem-solving skills and multiple operating environment to support research design and support assignments within the HealthCare billing processes. Assists with creation, distribution, generation, and maintenance of billing analysis reports for the HealthCare division of Risk. Assist with continual service improvement, automation and accuracy for the billing of HealthCare clients.
Skills you will need:

+ Knowledge of batch processing
+ Knowledge of Reporting tools - Jasper knowledge a plus
+ Being able to work independently
+ Understanding of file structures and different types of files.
+ Being able to work with multiple groups and effectively communicate with all levels of groups
+ Detailed orientated. Organizational skills a must.
+ MS Office experience
+ Ability to escalate issues using good judgement
+ Understanding of the Risk, Healthcare, and Government data industries a plus
What you will do:
+ Partner with batch billing team to support and resolve billing inquiries for the HealthCare batch customer base.
+ Build relationships with Sales, Batch Consultants and Batch Operations teams to continuously improve our customer experience.
+ Provide billing knowledge and troubleshooting assistance to ensure HealthCare batch products are being billed accurately.
+ Recommend billing efficiencies and procedures. Communicating these efficiencies and putting them into production.
+ Responsible for the day to day Healthcare billing issues and inquiries utilizing the JIRA ticketing system.
+ Serve as a resource/consultant for the LexisNexis batch billing HealthCare production processes and applications and support the organization to meet or exceed revenue objectives.
+ Review/analyzes and troubleshoots billing issues and effectively communicate/educate customers on how to understand/interpret their billing charges.
+ Partner with sales, Batch Consultant and Fulfillment to research and resolve issues involving billing, batch products and other related issues and effectively communicate the resolution.
+ Establish and maintain relationships. Working closely with Fulfillment, Batch Consultants and Account reps to ensure maximum value of their contract is being attained by billing their files accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Learn, understand, and troubleshoot billing processes and procedures to ensure Risk is in compliance with all contractual charges.
+ Possess an understanding of the value of LexisNexis batch products and the billing processes and procedures.
+ Ensure HealthCare batch products are being billed accurately via auditing process.
+ Associate or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
+ ITIL certifications preferred
+ Service management tool experience a plus
+ Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills; must be able to effectively communicate billing concepts to internal clients.
+ Demonstrates proven networking capabilities.
+ Demonstrated analysis, problem assessment and problem resolution skills.
+ Experience in adding value to the HealthCare billing processes.
+ Candidate needs to be available for after hour month end closing
+ Ability to learn, understand and communicate RISK SOLUTIONS or related industry products and features.
