Associate Manager/Manager, Program ManagementSalesforce Global CommunicationsLocation: ONSITE in San Francisco, CA

Description:If you are a highly-organized, detail-oriented person that thrives working in a fast-paced environment, Salesforce is looking for you!The Associate Manager/Manager will be managing Salesforce's biggest moments and working cross functionally to amplify our top announcements. This candidate is a passionate, charismatic, enthusiastic and experienced program manager who will work closely with various technical and non-technical team members; managing but also actively participating in assigned projects.A part of the Salesforce Global Communications team, the right candidate will be a model Ohana culture ambassador, have a creative mindset and can-do attitude, as well as the ability to adapt to fast-changing priorities. This individual must also develop trusted relationships with key partners and stakeholders including C-level executives and will serve as a go-to resource for all projects under their management.Job Responsibilities:

+ Inspire and lead global, cross-functional launches & teams

+ Plan, scope and create timelines for strategic marketing activities at Salesforce & manage day-to-day execution of programs

+ Organize and facilitate project planning, weekly meetings, and presentations

+ Track milestones, tasks & key metrics with assigned teams

+ Identify and remove impediments that block the team's ability to meet project objectives

+ Provide timely status reports and introduce mitigation tactics to minimize project delivery risks

+ Continually evaluate and refine Salesforce's processes for strategic activities including scope, milestones, flow and resources

+ Build credibility, respect and partnership with our project teams, executive stakeholders and peers globally

Required Skills:

+ Outstanding organizational, communication (verbal/presentation/written), and interpersonal skills

+ 5-10 years of Project Management/Program Management required

+ Ability to think strategically and demonstrate attention to detail, while being agile and flexible enough to move tactics forward instantaneously.

+ Demonstrated project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget, and schedule

+ Experience with project management tools and programs

+ Experience in fast-moving technology project launches is a plus

+ Proven ability to build compelling, top-notch presentations, while being adept at presenting to a variety of audiences (experience in marketing or communications a plus)

+ Proven experience working with large teams across multiple departments and functions

+ Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
