Job Summary

The eCommerce Merchandising Analyst will be responsible for the overall definition, development, and implementation of online merchandising opportunities on This will require close collaboration with our Product Management, vendor partners, and sales leadership teams. This position is required to report to the SHI 290 office.

Responsibilities/Job Function

Include but are not limited to: Definition and implementation of business unit specific merchandising programs Partner with Product Marketing Management for the effective upkeep of our Boost and Coach Tools, additionally working with eCommerce management on the identification of areas to leverage this content. Responsible for coordinating the merchandising content of promotional landing pages as they are developed. Utilize site analytics to aid in the decision making of landing page merchandising. Develop measurable methods for analyzing buyer behaviors to create the best path to purchasing for each Business Unit. Communicate and execute necessary merchandising strategies to leverage opportunities for driving increased online sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required

Excellent analytical, quantitative, and prioritization skills Strong critical thinking skills with ability to drive meaningful actions from large data sets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be self-motivated and independent, well organized, able to do hands-on work with minimum supervision, and work well with all staff levels. Analyzing, summarizing, and presenting results to functional teams and decision makers. Highly organized with focus on owning a project through all stages of execution Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment Results oriented while working against aggressive deadlines Exceptional attention to detail Completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce, Sales, Marketing, or Merchandising
