SHI has an exciting opportunity available as a Returns Support Coordinator within the Returns Support Department. This individual with act as a liaison between SHI Inside Sales Department, and SHI Returns Department. The Coordinator will process return orders for SHI sales reps, and follow through with updates until product is returned. This position reports to the Somerset, NJ office and reports to the Returns Support Manager.
Include but not limited to: Act as a liaison between SHI Inside Sales Department, and SHI Returns Department Process return orders for SHI sales reps, and follow through with updates until product is returned Provide outstanding customer service and support to all internal and external contacts Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing vendors and partners, as well as with the Enterprise Solutions Group, Purchasing, Accounting, and a variety of other internal and external contacts Utilize proper resources to locate tracking of products, invoices and credit memos and availability of products located within the SHI Returns Department Providing updates to SHI Inside Sales Reps so customers can be updated and receive World Class Support from SHI Take initiative to research and resolve issues building internal and external relationships to make Returns process more efficient
Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required
Required Skills: Excellent customer support and follow through skills Outstanding attention to detail and problem solving capabilities Ability to learn fast, absorb knowledge, and apply newly learned information on a daily basis Strong planning, organization, time management, and prioritization skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in the following applications/platforms: Office 2010, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly-changing environment.
