**Unit Description** Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a **Food Operations Manager 2** for Moravian Hall Square an upscale retirement community consisting of 158 independent living residents, 120 skilled and personal care residents and 25 memory support residents. This is a growing facility and currently in the process of adding a 142 unit cottage community with food venues. The client organization is continuing the journey of actively transitioning from the traditional skilled and personal care units to neighborhoods and households. This Food Operations Manager will oversee the food service operations for the skilled nursing, personal care and memory support unit. Typical schedule will be 9:00am - 6:00pm Mon-Fri, with every third weekend coverage with a typcial weekend schedule of 7:30am - 4:30pm. **Is this opportunity right for you?** At Sodexo, you will find the ingredients for a great career in food service management. Provides supervision for food services at account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the company. Implements business practices in order to uphold company mission, values and commitments made in the Sodexo client contractual agreement.
