Work with Senior Director of Marketing to lead the overall Consumer Campaign related to the strategic marketing effort for our lead psychiatry product. Responsible for development of marketing plans and execution for consumer and media/digital activities in market, CRM, PR, as well as partnering with sales team, to deliver share and sales growth across the market and top customers.??

Essential Duties & Responsibilities??

? Responsible for overall Consumer strategic marketing process for our lead psychiatry product: Analyze market position, competitive threats and market trends; respond accordingly to achieve US sales and profit objectives.??

? Lead development of Consumer and professional marketing media strategies to build awareness, product differentiation, and brand preference.??

? Direct day-to-day oversight and management of agencies and partnering with key stakeholders to grow this strategic brand.??

? Oversee annual budget planning process to ensure adequate funding for all programs. Ensure yearly budget targets are met, with appropriate ROI.??

? Lead development and execution of the US Consumer strategy and tactical plan.??

? Oversight of development and execution of consumer, CRM, PR and media/digital plans.? ?

Non-Essential Duties & Responsibilities:??

? Analyzing key product consumer and media metrics reports for senior management.??

? Lead key marketing projects outside specific realm of responsibility.??

? Working with Senior Director and Brand Team to complete annual strategic brand planning process.??

? Manage Consumer, PR, and Media/Digital budgets.??

? Other tasks as assigned.? ?

Supervisory Responsibilities:??

? Provide leadership within the Marketing department to ensure goals are being met and are aligned with the overall organizational goals.??

? Direct oversight and management of multiple agency partners in order to achieve brand goals, within budget guidance.??

? Management of one direct report on the Brand Team, with opportunity to directly manage additional direct reports in the future.??

Knowledge & Other Qualifications:??

? Minimum 8+ years of related experience with 6+ being within the Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry. 5+ years of relevant HCP and/or Consumer marketing experience which must include product management/brand management is also required.??

? Deep market channel marketing experience, knowledge, and subject matter expertise is required.??

? Life Sciences BS or BA Required. Post- graduate degree preferred.??

? Requires strong analysis, facilitation and communications skills as well as excellent organizational & project management skills.??

? New product launch experience in the last five years, in psychiatry field is preferred, ADHD experience is also preferred.??

? Previous management experience of marketing managers preferred.??
