Sales Operations Analyst

OverviewThe Sales Operations Analyst will provide analytical support to the Sales Operations team and Sales leadership. You will be responsible for supporting Sales Leadership in weekly forecasting and variance analysis, updating and distributing regular reports, and performing ad hoc analysis.The ideal candidate will be someone with strong attention to detail, a stickler for accuracy and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Sales Leadership and other Sales Operations teams to consolidate weekly sales forecastsAnalyze forecast data to ensure accuracy, identify trends and monitor sales activityAssist in preparation and variance analysis of monthly sales reportingUpdate and distribute reports on a weekly basis, consolidate reports, ensure data integrity, accuracy and consistencyAssist in development of analyses and presentations for the Senior Leadership Team, sales management and product managementAd hoc reporting and analysis as neededBasic QualificationsBachelors Degree1-3 years experience in an analyst role (FP&A or Sales Operations)Advanced level knowledge in Excel (pivot tables, v-look-ups, advanced functions)Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint (Intermediate)Must have experience with SalesforceAdditional CharacteristicsAbility to manage large confidential data files, compile data from multiple sources, and interpretBasic understanding of database concepts, Access or SQL is a plusStrong analytical and multitasking skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEEO StatementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
